About Me

I’m a pinoy cybersecurity professional who’s spent years digging into everything from cloud security and threat detection to hardening systems and cleaning up messes no one wanted to admit existed. I’ve worked in high-pressure environments, helped teams navigate critical incidents, and built solutions that (thankfully) didn’t fall apart in production.
This blog is my way of sharing what I’ve learned — the good, the ugly, and the “why did this ever seem like a good idea?” It’s not a tutorial site or a news aggregator. It’s more like a collection of field notes: observations, lessons, tools, and occasional hot takes from the world of security.
What you’ll find here:
- Posts about building secure systems (and unlearning bad habits)
- Real-world experiences with threat response and architecture
- Thoughts on industry trends — what’s helpful, what’s hype
- Tools, scripts, and setups I’ve used or built
- Mistakes I’ve made so you don’t have to
This is me just sharing what I know in the hope it helps someone else. If you’re into practical security, honest takes, and the occasional dad joke, you’re in the right place.
Let’s build better. And break things, carefully.
